We have designed the DC Service to be as fault resistant as possible, but sometimes troubles creep in. And more often than not, they are caused due to a mis-configuration on the client side. This is a trouble-shooting guide to be followed in case you cannot get DC to work.

Remedial Steps if your DC is not working

  1. Please check that you have followed the exact instructions from the DC Help Page.
  2. Check your firewall, and disable it. In case you have non OS firewall from some other vendor, please disable it as well (Norton etc)
  3. Try reconnecting to DC
  4. Make sure you are typing  in the quick connect box.
